1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of loan services provided by MiniCash (hereinafter “we”, “our” or “MiniCash”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be a permanent resident of Canada
- Have an active Canadian bank account
- Have a verifiable regular source of income
- Provide valid government-issued ID
3. Loan services
3.1 Loan amounts
- Loans range from $300 to $1500
- Maximum amount may increase for regular clients with good repayment history
3.2 Approval process
- Approval is based on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Your credit history
- Your income
- Your repayment ability
- Your history with MiniCash (if applicable)
3.3 Disbursement
- Funds are transferred directly to your bank account
- Transfer time is typically 24-48 business hours
4. Fees and interest
4.1 Interest rates
- Interest rates are calculated according to applicable provincial laws
- Exact rate is disclosed before loan finalization
- Interest is calculated daily
4.2 Additional fees
- Late fees: applicable as specified in your contract
- Transfer fees: vary by financial institution
- NSF fees: applicable for rejected payments
5. Repayment
5.1 Repayment terms
- Payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account
- Payment frequency is established in your loan contract
- Early repayments accepted without penalty
5.2 Late payments
- Delays may result in additional fees
- Defaults may be reported to credit bureaus
- Contact us if experiencing difficulties to establish suitable payment plan
6. Information protection
We commit to protecting your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on our website.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services in case of:
- Non-compliance with these conditions
- Provision of false or misleading information
- Fraudulent use of services
9. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by the laws of your province of residence and applicable federal laws of Canada.
